I was browsing through several blogs last night (as I always do), when I started noticing something interesting. Most of them were in great shape; however there were a handful that caught my eye, for the wrong reason.

I recently took part in ProBlogger’s GWP (Group Writing Project). Essentially, you submit a piece of writing along the lines of “Top 5…”, and take the opportunity to meet new bloggers. The project is now over, and congrats to Nancy R. Callahan on winning the $1001 prize (which was chosen at random, I must add). Check out my entry.
Mac Blogging without Apple

As I was heading to bed last night, an interesting thought ran past my mind. It occurred to me that as Mac bloggers, we talk about things that directly and indirectly lead back to one company. Apple. What if Apple were to shut its doors tomorrow? What would happen to the Mac scene? Let’s examine both sides of the story.

Earlier today I stumbled upon an interesting little tool that I think is worth sharing. Dane Carlson over at Business Opportunities has created a blog value calculator. If you’re a blogger, I’m sure you’ll be interested to discover how much your blog is worth.

I’ve seen it, I’ve had it, and I’m sick of it. Sploggers (spam-bloggers), they’re everywhere. Whether they’re building their splogs (spam-blogs) or giving you a ton of comment spam, everyone truly hates them. So the big question is: how do we get rid of sploggers?
