I recently took part in ProBlogger’s GWP (Group Writing Project). Essentially, you submit a piece of writing along the lines of “Top 5…”, and take the opportunity to meet new bloggers. As I was heading to bed last night, an interesting thought ran past my mind. It occurred to me that as Mac bloggers, we talk about things that directly and indirectly lead back to one company. Apple. What if Apple were to shut its doors tomorrow? What would happen to the Mac scene? Let’s examine both sides of the story.

I’m a Mac user. I’ve never been a fan of Windows because of security and the inconsistent look, but I recently decided to give it another chance. I decided to put away my bias and look at Vista fairly. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out very well, so here are 5 reasons why I will not be buying Vista.
