What happens when Flickr meets PhotoBooth? Introducing Photoboothers.com. Photoboothers’s tagline is “show your ugly face”, which is a surprisingly accurate description of the site.

You first choose a filter in PhotoBooth and use your imagination to compose a shot. Then snap the picture of yourself and/or your buddies and upload it together with a short description. Only pictures created in PhotoBooth are allowed, which means it must be a JPEG at 640×480 pixels.

Once your pictures are on the site, you can rate them. You can currently sort by effects, highest/lowest ranking or newest/oldest, although a tagging system might make it easier to find pictures.

If you have a big collection of photos, you probably need a better way to organise and share them online. Check out FlickrBooth, a PhotoBooth plugin that automatically uploads photos to a Flickr account.
