Quickbits: The Fawn, CS3, AstroBunny and more
This week on QuickBits:
1. Ubuntu’s Fiesty Fawn is out. Smaran Dayal has a short summary on what to expect.
2. Vote for Time’s 100 Most Influential People for 2007. (Erm, why is Angelina Jolie on the list!?)
3. Photoshop CS3 is here. I’ve tried it out on an Intel Mac, and boy is it fast. Ars Technica has a more in-depth review, complete with benchmarks.
And finally, a quick shout-out to one of my buddies, David (aka AstroBunny). David is really passionate about all things anime, so he recently started blogging about his (unhealthy!?) obsession. Just kidding David. Judging from the content, it’s going to be totally rad! Check it out at astrobunny.net, and tell him Marvin sent you.
That’s it for now. Coming up this weekend is a review of an MP3 player that looks promising. I’ll give you a hint, it ain’t an iPod. Stay tuned.
